Hello, what do you see when you access the contact form here? You should be able to contact, as long as you have any active purchases on the account. You can view your purchases by tapping your profile picture in the mobile app and selecting the purchases & memberships tab. You can also directly view your purchases on the web at www.youtube.com/purchases.

You can cancel your YouTube Premium membership. To do so, follow these steps on your computer:
- Visit youtube.com/paid_memberships.
- Click Manage membership.
- Click Deactivate.
- Click Continue to cancel.
- Select your reason for canceling and then click next.
- Click Yes, cancel.
Check if any of the below applies to you:
- You're billed by Apple. If you joined from the YouTube iOS app, you can cancel your YouTube paid membership from your Apple account.
- You're billed by Google Play Music. If you have access to your YouTube paid membership through a Google Play Music subscription, you can cancel within your Google Play Music account settings.
- You've already canceled. You can confirm by checking the paid memberships section of your account on youtube.com/paid_memberships.

my YouTube TV has not worked in 2wks. I have sent in the code that was given to me on the screen for support and have not had any results. I also thought that I cancel my subscription only to see that it was taken from my bank account again and it still not working on my Home TV.
